The self-proclaimed ‘observers’ at the separatist ‘elections,’ representatives of marginal political parties from several countries, violated Ukrainian law with their arrival in Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, and this will lead to appropriate legal consequences, stated the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs this Sunday.

The MFA reminds that not a single international authoritative organization and not a single democratic state in the world acknowledge these pseudo-elections and had not sent their observers to them.

Ukraine views these pseudo-elections as such that violate the electoral order established by the Constitution and laws of Ukraine, and that contain characteristics of actions aimed to overthrow state government, says the statement.

The Ministry also reminds that the Ukrainian Security Service has already drawn up criminal charges.

“We call for our international partners to join the countries and organizations who have already condemned these pseudo-elections, and to distance themselves from any claims and evaluations of pseudo-observers as such which do not reflect the official position of the according country or institution,” says the statement.

On Sunday the separatists of the armed formations ‘DNR’ and ‘LNR’ are holding illegal ‘elections’ on the territories which are currently under their control, in spite of the ‘Minsk Accords.’ The elections are being ‘observed’ by several dozen foreigners who came to Donbas territory illegally, mostly representatives from ultra-leftist or ultra-rightist and neo-fascist parties and organizations. In particular, several of them declared themselves representatives of the ‘ASCE’ on Saturday: a made-up organization, which has to stand for ‘agency’ or ‘association for security and cooperation in Europe.’

I’d gladly see some free-roaming filth from obscure political parties punished criminaly. That would teach them.
