Dmitry Tymchuk: Updates from the ceasefire zone, 9/18

Operational data from Information Resistance:

In the combat zone in the Donbas, activity has been observed of the Russian-terrorist troops ignoring the so-called “ceasefire.” The adoption on September 16th, by the Verkhovna Rada [Ukrainian Parliament], of the laws of the special order of self-government in certain areas of Donbas, and amnesty, currently have had no affect on a change in the intensity of the fighting.

The most difficult situation persists in the areas of Donetsk, Luhansk, Lysychansk, Stanytsia Luhansk, Shchastya, Popasna, Verkhnya [Upper] Krynka, Nyzhnya [Lower] Krynka, Zhdanivka.

In the district of the bombarded airport in Donetsk a marked accumulation of units of the regular army of the Russian Federation [RF] has been observed. Near this locality the enemy creates a layered air defense system.

Simultaneously, we recorded the transfer of several pieces of military aviation, without Russian Air Force markings, to border airfields on the territory of the Russian Federation. According to our data, these machines are being prepared for transportation to Donetsk in the form of “Air Novorossiya” [Air New Russia] in the event of the displacement of Ukrainian units from the territory of the airport.

In Luhansk Oblast [region] LNR [Luhansk People’s Republic] insurgents and RF units are preparing to resume active operations and to continue fighting. Over the last 2-3 days they conducted a series of rearrangements and focused some offensive combat groups with armored vehicles in the north-eastern part of the ATO and north of Luhansk; previously from Russia several convoys of ammunition and fuel were delivered. In the district of Luhansk mobile Russian radar is deployed, and gangs actively saturate air defenses.

In many ways, with the help of Russian specialists in the Donbas, insurgents create not only a radar field controlled by them, but also a layered air defense system.

At the same time during the past few days the passage of columns of military equipment from the territory of the Russian Federation into the Donbas has not been recorded.

In the coastal areas (Novoazovsk-Mariupol) there is a relative lull. However, there is an active transfer of Russian troops to the north of Mariupol.

However, being on a contract, I had wonderful results – whether on the rifle or physical ability. They took me into the army in Chyt; there in Chyt, I went through the preparation training and I decided to remain on contract with the army division Ulan-Ude," he related.

Right now Batomunkuyev lies, overall burned, after his tank was shot at by Ukrainian forces near Debaltseve in Lonhvynove village.

According to Batomunkuyev, Russia sends its soldiers from units together with weapons: "We painted the tanks still in Ulan-Ude. Right there, on the railroad depot. We painted over the numbers; some of the tanks had Guard insignia – it was also painted over. Chevrons and stripes -we took off in Ukraine, when we got to the poligon. All are taken off – purposefully to masquerade. We left the passport in the army unit, the army ticket in the poligon," he described.

"Also an expert opinion was carried out regarding the statementd of citizen Putin and citizen Shoyha in the film which was shown in Russia on the annexation of Crimea; these materials have been gathered and are submitted to the General Prosecutor and they will coordinate it with the international prosecutors of the given court," he stated.

March 17 – Europe does not have a clear strong direction regarding the threat from the side of Russia, which has to be answered with force. This was stated by Poland's ex-president, Lech Walensa in an interview for TVN24. "If Russia will risk to attack Poland and other countries, then it will collapse. I see that which will happen with Russia. Of course, a million, 10 million people will die, and it would be better if that did not happen," Walensa stared in creating the scenario of a possible future war. Walensa believes that "Russia is some 30-50 years behind both in the awareness as well as in the structure of organizing a state, and therefore they are utilizing methods that have long ago been laid to rest in the past." "Putin began a war with the whole developed world. He broke pacts, agreements, guarantees. The world cannot just simply leave it as is. If something similiar happens, the only thing left is force. How can one play here, how can one win, when he is boxing, and we are playing chess," he stated. Valensa believes that the Polish people "are in safety", belonging to the structures of NATO and EU, and not having in their country a substantial number of Russian minority, which, for example, the Baltic countries have.

And if Putin attacks Lithuania or Denmark – because he may consider it neccessary to study "the corridor to Kaliningrad or to the Atlantic Ocean" – then what next?

March 16 – "Since the ceasefire came into effect, the separatists have breached the truce at least 1,100 times. To the sudden inspection of combat readiness of the Northern Fleet, units of ZVO and PDV there were ncluded 38,000 soldiers, 3,360 units of armed equipment, 41 ships, 15 underground submarines, 110 planes and helicopters, clarified Shoyha. The inspection began at 8 AM in the morning according to Moscow time.

Oh God, how this Putin with his child's play of solldiers has milked the whole world! However, it is a pity, that these games of his are accomppanied by thousands of deaths. And there is no end in sight for this madness...
