The Russian security council intends to discuss issues dealing with the territorial integrity of the country. They do not go into detail as to what they intend to discuss yet.

Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold a Russian Federation Security Council meeting on Tuesday, July 22nd, to discuss the issue of sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country. This is reported by the Kremlin press service on Monday, July 21st.

“On June 22nd, headed by the President of the Russian Federation, a session of the Russian Security Council will take place, at which it is planned to discuss a number of issues that have to do with the provision of sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Russian Federation,” says the message.

The Kremlin did not provide more detailed information.

We remind you that the last Russian Security Council meeting was held on July 11th, another one took place on July 1st. Both times, they discussed the topic of Ukraine – regarding how exponentially worse the situation is getting after the end of the ceasefire and “the context of the increasing number of refugees coming to Russia.”

Those Russians must be out of their minds! Or they are preparing something really dangerous, all case is stinky to me. It is sure thing, that nobody wills to attack Russia, so it could mean, that Russia wants to attack… My God, this is going out of controll, poor Ukraine. And maybe poor we as well (I mean Poland)…

“Russian security council intends to discuss issues dealing with the territorial integrity” I can’t imagine whats going on inside Putler’s head right now. I am confused. I think Putin has lost his mind to one degree of another. I really do. WHAT is this guys problem? Who cares if Eastern Ukraine is mostly Russian. Ukraine is a country. Do you hear what I’m saying, Putin?
If giving away Crimea was unlawful according to old Soviet law, why didn’t the Soviet Union ask for it back years ago through legal process’ after Khrushchev died, or even more recently for that matter? It could have easily been argued and won in international court if it was in fact illegal. The bottom line is, since no threats to Russian speakers now exist, nor have ever existed, the annexation of Crimea has no legal foundation whatsoever.

your first suspicious is correct. I don’t know how long Putin has been unbalanced but as far back as 1994 he was publicly spouting gibberish about the territories that had been stolen from Russia and the importance of protecting Russian culture an ethnic Russians everywhere. He has apparently been ill for a long time. It is only becoming obvious now. Russia can best defend its sovereignty and territorial integrity by getting rid of Putin.

I was entertaining the idea for some time now that Putin’s stupidity can lead to the dis-integration of the Russian federation. Should the power in the Kremlin come down, places like Dagistan, Cheznye, Tartarstan, the Urals and many other can claim their independence. Although the change is pretty small, is is certainly a possibility, maybe they think of that??
