The author is absolutely right. There is a great need to be critical of Putin. But of course, in order to respond to his moves, we have to understand what makes him tick. It is a misnomer to call him a new Hitler. The man done some good things for the Western world. He supports Christians in the Middle East, he is a newly born Christian himself and likes the Western pope. He opposes communism. He tilts towards Israel, and fights Islamist terrorists. However, the annexation of the Crimea is illegal and he has to be told in no uncertain terms that if he invades the Eastern Ukraine or the Baltics or Moldova, there will be war. jvlv.net Follow us @JiriLeniValenta on Twitter
